Mayor's Youth Council

The Mayor's Youth Council is made up of students living in the Richland School District in grades 9-12. Applications are taken each August with selection based on recommendations and students' desire to serve the community. The council helps with Richland Day, Easter Egg Hunt, Senior Citizen's Day, Christmas Parade, and the annual Buddy Ball Tournament.
