Parks
Beautiful city parks accommodate a full range of recreational activities and feature lighted tennis courts and soccer, softball, and baseball fields for children, youth, and adults. Paved walking paths, covered pavilions, a bandstand, picnic areas, and playgrounds invite total family enjoyment.
The parks are also host to a wide variety of community festivals, concerts, special events, and arts and crafts shows. Popular spots for family and class reunions and business retreats, the Eastside Park is located off Richland Circle and East Harper Street, and Westside Park is located off Brandon Avenue.
Community Club House
The Community Club House on Cleary Road is the home of Richland's civic organizations and the site of their regular club meetings.
Community Center
The new Community Center on East Harper Street provides facilities for meetings, community and school activities, and special events. It contains stage, sound, and lighting for programs and productions. In addition, there is a full kitchen and short term refrigeration, if needed, for functions.
